Enjoy a holiday in a centuries-old mill in a magnificent setting, secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The historic building by the lake, with a view of the castle and park grounds, has been lovingly restored and comfortably furnished. You can relax wonderfully on the secluded, romantic terrace. Under the shade of the old trees, you can end the day when the courtyard is closed to visitors. A small detour to the "Café Pferdestall" across the way for the best coffee and homemade cake specialties is always worthwhile. The Spessart with its famous ancient oak and beech forests invites you to countless hikes. On the cultural trail, there are many discoveries to be made for young and old alike! The surrounding area of the Franconian Untermain with its historic old towns also offers many sights and summer festivals and markets. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can enjoy excellent cuisine in the immediate vicinity.

On the ground floor there are bedrooms with en-suite bathtub, kitchen and dining room, guest toilet, living room with tiled stove, TV and stereo system. A narrow staircase leads up under the light roof, where 2 single beds with a washing area are located. Cooking in the kitchen is done with gas. In addition to the stove, the facilities include a coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

Due to its close proximity to the castle pond, the mill house is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. The mill house is not wheelchair accessible due to its stairs. All of our mattresses have received a "very good" rating from Stiftung Warentest, and the feather beds ensure a wonderful night's sleep. Please bring your own bath towels. A castle tour is included in the rental price. The mill house does not have its own telephone/internet connection.
